Welcome! We founded The Premium Organic Café to bring our love of delicious organic, gourmet items together in one convenient online shopping experience. We search all over the world to find the best-tasting, highest-quality organic coffees, chocolates and teas, put them through rigorous taste-testing (Yum!) and deliver them right to your door.

We enjoy hunting for those special, one-of-a-kind companies who are artisans at their crafts. Only companies who are committed to using the freshest and most flavorful ingredients are chosen. You’ll find that the overwhelming majority of our products are organic and Fair Trade certified. It’s our belief that food grown and prepared with care and without pesticides is better tasting and more nutritious. Featuring these products is our way to help increase awareness of the health, environmental and economic benefits that are derived from organic farming methods and Fair Trade certified farms.

We care about the quality of our products and all chocolate will be shipped to arrive in 2 days. We also include gel packs to keep the chocolate cool. If you live somewhere where it can get hot (Tucson/Phoenix), please make sure someone will be home to receive the package. Kimberly Ring has 25 years of marketing, advertising and branding experience from the top ten global advertising and public relations agencies BBDO, Young and Rubicam, J. Walter Thompson, and Porter/Novelli.  She has received various marketing and creative industry awards including a Medal for marketing effectiveness in the New York Festivals Award Show.

Dr. Ballehr completed specialty fellowship training at Thomas Jefferson University and currently practices in the field of Orthopedic Interventional Radiology, specializing in Sports Medicine. She is well published and lectures in the field of MRI and sports medicine. Having background degrees in biophysics and biochemistry, her interests also include nutrition, wellness and alternative integrative medicine.
